Partner Terms

Effective July 9, 2026

These Partner Terms govern applications to and participation in Boonwerks partner programs. A product-specific accepted offer supplements these terms. If they conflict on commercial details, the accepted offer controls.

Application and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or require promotion. You must provide accurate identity, audience, payment, and contact information. Boonwerks may approve, reject, pause, or end participation to protect users, products, or program integrity.

Promotion and disclosures

You control your content and must describe products honestly, use approved claims, disclose material connections as required, and avoid spam, deception, impersonation, or prohibited content. You may not buy or fabricate clicks, accounts, purchases, or engagement.

Attribution and commission

Your accepted offer states commission, eligible revenue basis, attribution window, duration, audience benefit, and any deliverables. A tracking or attribution code is not a customer discount unless the accepted offer explicitly identifies it as one. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, app-store or payment fees, and excluded transactions may reduce eligible net revenue. Self-referrals, fraud, duplicate attribution, and policy-violating transactions are not payable.

Manual PayPal payouts

Earnings shown as pending are estimates until reviewed. Approved payable balances are sent manually through PayPal on the schedule in the accepted offer. You are responsible for accurate PayPal and tax information. Boonwerks does not promise minimum earnings unless an accepted offer explicitly states a guaranteed fee.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Boonwerks a limited license to use approved submitted campaign materials and performance proof to operate the program. Boonwerks product names, software, and supplied assets remain their respective owners' property.

Ending participation

Either party may stop future promotion. Existing valid transactions and reversals remain subject to the accepted offer and these terms. Material fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or disclosure violations may result in immediate suspension and withheld disputed amounts.
