OnlyRun support

Email team@onlyrun.app for help with your account, a run, privacy settings, or an event. Include the email address on your account, the relevant event link, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, login links, or payment details.

Partner support

Email team@boonwerks.com for help with applications, offers, tracking, dashboard access, attribution, or PayPal payments. Write from the email address on your partner account. We aim to reply within two business days.

Security concerns

Email team@boonwerks.com with “Security” in the subject to report a compromised account or possible data exposure. We prioritize active security and live-event problems.
